For Degrande we worked out a customized form in WordPress. Customers pass on their vehicles, pickup and delivery step by step.
In the case of vehicle transport, Degrande must know what is being transported, where the car is being picked up and where it is to be sent. The form will bring that information together in one request.

A transport can include several vehicles. Different data are required for each vehicle than for the collection and delivery.

A form following the transport question
The form consists of five steps: contact information, adding vehicles, picking up, delivery and additional information.
Add vehicles
The applicant can specify several vehicles. Per vehicle the form asks for brand, type, number and chassis number. Key availability and whether the AudiTT starts will also be discussed.
Collection and delivery
The customer fills in separate addresses and dates for the collection and delivery. This way, departure point and destination are clearly indicated with the request.
Step by step in WordPress
The questions are divided into successive steps. Visitor first fills in the contact details and then continues with the transport itself. At the end there is room for additional information.

The customization is how the data are requested and held together: multiple vehicles, two locations and practical information for transport.
