For Springbok Coaching, Fokuus maintains the existing Shopify webshop and supports IT around it, including Microsoft 365 and Klaviyo.
The webshop was originally created by another party. Fokuus provides maintenance and also helps with the digital systems that the team works with.
A webshop is not on its own
Besides Shopify, Springbok Coaching uses other applications for daily work and communication. Support therefore runs across different systems.

The collaboration goes beyond changes on the webshop. Fokuus also supports the applications around the site.
Maintenance of Shopify
We will maintain the existing webshop and make the agreed adjustments.
Microsoft 365
The team can contact Fokuus for support at Microsoft 365 as part of the wider IT collaboration.
Klaviyo and the other IT
The support at Klaviyo is also part of our contribution. We look at questions to the webshop together with the relevant applications when they touch each other.
