Can I take only Mr. Jammer?
This can be appropriate if your website needs little follow-up. We review the technique and agree on who may do maintenance. Hosting and domain costs are separate from the work on the website.
How are changes charged?
We discuss in advance what work is needed and what it costs. All time spent is recorded and is insightful for you. Regularly adding new features requires more work than changing a text occasionally.
Have I always been helped over the phone?
Support is provided through the agreed channels and availability. Accessibility and any incident arrangements are pre-defined.

Can I change the content myself?
Yes. If you want to customize texts, photos or projects yourself, we will adjust the management system accordingly. That can be a CMS or the management environment your website already has. You can also have changes done by Fokuus. We discuss in advance what fits and what work is needed for that.
