# Privacy policy ## AI check and report links For the AI check, we send the public domain you enter to ora.ai. Ora performs the scan and may also show the result on its own website. Ora’s retention period is separate from Fokuus’s. A saved report on Fokuus remains available for seven days after the scan finishes. The report link then expires and we automatically remove the stored report data. A new scan only starts when you choose to run one. Anyone with the report link can view the report during those seven days. Your email address is not included in the report. We use Brevo to send your summary and report link and record your report request. You only receive email tips if you separately opt in. We protect scans and report emails with Cloudflare Turnstile and usage limits. For this purpose, we use temporary, protected identifiers derived from your connection and email address. We do not load Clarity session recordings or Meta Pixel on the AI check page. ## Data via the website form For a request we ask for your subject, message, first name, last name and email address. Phone number and company are optional. If you use a project guide, you can add your chosen answers to your request. We use this information to answer your question and follow up on your request. Brevo processes the request for Fokuus, delivers it as an email to our fixed contact address and stores your details in our contact database, together with the page your request came from. A contact request does not sign you up for advertising or a newsletter. If you tick the box to receive follow-up emails, we will occasionally send you an email with advice or services that fit your request; every email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you sign up for news separately, we will add your email address to our newsletter list at Brevo with your permission. Each newsletter contains a possibility to unsubscribe again. Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms against automated spam. Cloudflare assesses technical browser and connection signals for this purpose. This check is necessary to provide the form and is independent of your analytics or marketing preferences. Contact details are not sent to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel. With your consent for statistics or advertising measurement we can measure the origin and receipt of an application. On the contact page we do not load any Clarity session recordings. ## 1.
